Dal – red lentils simmered in coconut milk, lemon grass & spices

Coconut Sambol — a spicy condiment made of shredded coconut, chilies, & lime.
Papadum – crispy thin wafers made of lentil flour
Please note: This meal is completely gluten-free. The only dairy is used in the dessert.
